Hi, I’m Cecilia!

A lifetime of dancing sparked my passion for understanding anatomy, neurology, and the power of the human mind and body. This passion has ultimately led me to pursue a career as a Massage Therapist, where every day I have the privilege of helping people move, function, and feel their best.

I have experience treating people from many walks of life, including dancers, athletes, office workers, pregnant women, and cancer warriors. I strive to create a safe, inclusive space free of judgement or discrimination. I am fully qualified and certified to safely assess and treat your acute or chronic injuries, pain, and dysfunction, all within the context of a relaxing massage.

All treatments with me include an intake and assessment, where I will listen to your story, then together we develop a set of goals and a plan to help you achieve them. The treatment plan will always be tailored to your individual needs and goals, and can include a wide range of massage techniques, acupuncture, hydrotherapy, stretching, strengthening, and suggestions for things you can do at home to keep moving forward.

All treatments include an official receipt that can be submitted to your insurance company. (Every treatment with me is considered Massage Therapy, even those that include acupuncture).

Payment methods accepted: Cash, Credit Card, Debit (tap only), Apple Pay or E-transfer.
